This course will provide participants with the ability to understand what’s trending in the beauty sector due to generational changes. These Generational changes will impact customer populations, service types, products, hiring/ compensation, and resulting revenue. Participants will be able to forecast and prepare for beauty business growth through population trends and current/ future generational changes throughout the U.S. & Ohio. All Cosmetology/ Advanced Cosmetology & Esthetic/ Advanced Esthetic participants will receive a certificate acknowledging their involvement in the course and will receive 4 complimentary continuing education hours, approved by the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board.
