WE want you, our Students, to enjoy our field trip to one of our state’s PREMIERE beauty shows. The information below is to assist you to enjoy our event.

Show Times:
October 2, (Sunday), 9:00AM-6:00PM. Registration begins 8:30AM (with Educator) outside exhibit hall and ends at 6:00PM. Students must register to leave after 6:00PM with Educator at the area outside the exhibit hall. Full attendance for this day will be at 9 hours of show (less ½ hour lunch) and 1 1/2 hours of travel. Total is 10 hours of education this day (we may not exceed 10 hours per day).
October 3, (Monday), 9:00AM-4:00PM. Registration begins 8:30AM (with Educator) outside exhibit hall and ends at 4:00PM. Students must register to leave after 4:00PM with Educator at the area outside the exhibit hall. Full attendance for this day will be 7 hours of show time (less ½ hour lunch) and 3 hours of travel time. Total is 9 1/2 hours of education for this day.
Our total hours of education for this field trip will be 19 1/2 hours of education when all stipulations as noted in attendance are followed and documented through our Educators.
EXPECTATIONS:
Earning Education Attainment:
1. Students must sign in-out with an assigned Educator each day at the show.
2. Students who travel by car will leave and return to their assigned school; and will receive up to 3 hours of education for the travel.
3. We arrange fieldtrips to support your educational goals. Fieldtrips may be optional depending on your educational circumstances. When you participate in a fieldtrip you are responsible for yourself (legally, financially, etc.), not the school. You are expected to adhere to CIIC’s Dress Code and Rules & Regulations.
4. Before participating in this fieldtrip, you are reminded and expected to follow Field Trip stipulations for attendance in school, before and after the event; to receive hours for the event.
5. As one of our Students we will be purchasing your two day show tickets (120 Students).
